  • Contains non-consensual imagery, CSAM, or illegal material of any kind.
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or phishing attempts.

3. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership and copyright of any images you upload to ImageUpload.app. By uploading content, you grant ImageUpload.app a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and display the content as instructed by you.

4. Content Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any image or terminate access to any user that violates our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
